Noodles w/Butter, Lemon & Garlic

8 Servings

 

1# linguine or wide egg noodles, cooked el dente

1-2 Tbsp. olive oil 

3 Tbsp. butter

2-3 tsp. lemon juice

1/2-1 tsp. salt (to taste)

1/4 tsp. white pepper

2 garlic cloves, minced

OPT.: 1/4 cup+ grated Parmesan 

 

Drain and toss noodles with olive oil; set aside. Heat butter and lemon juice. Add garlic and saute’ 1 minute. Stir in salt and pepper. Pour over pasta and toss to coat well. Sprinkle with Parmesan, if using.
