Coconut Oil Coffee Creamer

Makes approximately 18 tablespoons


3/4 cup organic coconut oil, melted

1/2 cup raw honey

1 Tbsp. cacao powder 

1 tsp. cinnamon

1 tsp. vanilla extract


Whisk ingredients together and store in an air-tight jar. Don’t worry about it separating—it’s going to—you can re-blend it once it does and it’ll stay mixed then. 1-2 Tbsp. per 2 cup serving of coffee. Add more honey if you like your coffee a little sweeter. 


I store mine next to my Keurig. My coffee has never tasted better!
