Versatile Crockpot Pork Shoulder Roast
1 pork shoulder roast, 2-4* pounds trimmed of fat
1 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 Tbsp. ground paprika
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
salt and pepper
1 orange, juiced
1 lime, juiced
Rub cumin, paprika and garlic powder on roast. Salt and pepper. Place in your crockpot. Pour orange juice and lime juice over the top. Cook on high for 5-6 hours depending on the size of your roast.
This roast is delicious by itself! It is also seasoned great for carnitas and pulled pork.
