Mango Salsa


1 mango, peeled and fruit diced

1 red bell pepper, 1/2” dice

3 green onions, thinly sliced

2 Tbsp. cilantro, chopped

1 jalapeno, diced

2 Tbsp. lime juice, plus 1 tsp. zest


In a small bowl, combine all ingredients. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to help flavors to intensify. Great served with fish!
