Parmesan Baked Pork Chops

4 Servings


4 boneless center cut pork chops

1 Tbsp. olive oil

1 cup grated Parmesan

1 cup Italian bread crumbs

1/4 tsp. black pepper

1/2 tsp. salt

1 tsp. garlic powder

1 tsp. onion powder


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line an 8 x 8 pan with parchment or foil Rub pork chops with olive oil. Combine: Parmesan, bread crumbs, and seasonings. Coat pork chops well on both sides and place in prepared pan. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until juices run clear.
